I read it almost every day on Facebook and Instagram. So many women are mentioning how discouraged they are. It doesn’t matter who you are, what you do, how long you’ve been a Christian or where you live. The enemy is attacking and you need to hold your ground in the fight against discouragement.

You are who He says you are. You don’t need to compare yourself to anyone else any longer. When you look in the mirror, smile back at yourself and remind yourself of Biblical truths such as “I am blessed in the heavenly places.” Stick around a bit as we discover who we are in Christ which makes us unique.

Have you thought of writing out the books of the Bible? That’s a pretty hefty goal, right? When you think of the 66 books in the Bible, yes, it is a pretty big goal, but what if you wrote them out one book at a time? You could begin with a challenge to yourself to write out the book of Colossians. That would be a great starting place if it is your first time to handwrite the Bible.
The scribes have been handwriting the Word of God for thousands of years. I can just imagine what it must have been like to carefully write out the words as they were inspired by the Holy Spirit. So, with all the hard copies and digital versions of the Bible available today, why should we handwrite the Bible ourselves?
